Mack has been in the auto repair industry for over 25 years. With experience in truck tire service, road service, full-line auto service, promotions management, outside sales and service management, Mack knows the industry! Mack has been the person to solve problems for over 20 years for four wheel alignment in the West Pasco area. With his many certs in auto brake repair you know your problems will stop here. His goal in this Company is to make Suncoast Automotive the yard stick  by which other auto repair shops are measured.

  • Recommend corrective and maintenance services and explain to the customer which of these are required now to correct existing problems and which are for preventive maintenance.
  • Offer customer a priced estimate for work to be performed.
  • Obtain prior authorization for all work done, in writing or by other means satisfactory to the customer.
  • Make every effort to keep customer informed about appointments and completion deadlines.
  • Furnish an itemized invoice for parts and services, priced fairly, which clearly identifies any used or re manufactured parts. 
  • Replaced parts may be inspected upon request.
  • Furnish or post copies of any warranties covering parts or services. 
  • Use quality auto parts.
  • Provide and honor when available Manufacturer Warranties.
  • Exercise responsible care for the customer's property while it is being serviced.
  • Make every effort to fix the customer's vehicle right the "first time."
  • Maintain a system for fair settlement of customer's complaints.
  • Cooperate with established consumer complaint mediation activities.
